A great day out where we pass by Historic Scotland sites and stop for lunch at an Inn, where you choose to eat your packed lunch or get something hot. You will feel like you are in remote Scottish Highlands with a grin on your face, yet so close to civilisation.
There is fireroad, open hillside, possible bog-trots and connecting roads/farm tracks as we travel between 2 glens. We do a circular route from The Hermitage at Dunkeld. (That doesn’t mean we go in a circle. That means we start and stop at the same location.)
We do not recommend this for under 16year old as we do have to travel a few km’s on a quiet road to return to the meeting point, and it is a considerable length overall (42km). If you have a teenager who is competent though, please get in touch to discuss their participation.
